Amani Cleaning DISCLAIMER. 

We value your home and health. To ensure a smooth visit,

  • Put personal belongings away

  • Rooms need to be vacated when it is time to clean

  • Cleaning is ONLY on selected rooms at checkout. Any extras will be billed

  • Extra services are encouraged to be added at checkout.

  • Be sure to dispose of dirty diapers, flush human waste and put food away from areas to be cleaned. (with exception of the refrigerator clean)

  • Pets and children need to be out of the cleaners’ way to avoid any chemical irritation. 

  • Customers must emphasize in notes or to the cleaner what areas need special attention during the 1st three visits.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you’ve made an appointment with Amani Cleaning, we reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability. 

REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction is our main priority. However, there are no refunds on services rendered. If you are not satisfied with cleaning and/or something was damaged, please carefully take a picture and document what is happening to support@amanicleaning.com and we will contact you for a resolution.
